Our Senior Management
|Chief Executive Officer|
Robin Seale was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on May 2015.
He previously held the position as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Digicel Bermuda. Robin came to Digicel Bermuda in January 2012 after spending two years in Saudi Arabia with a publicly listed FMCG company.
Robin brings over ten years of experience across a broad range of industries; manufacturing, hospitality, construction, financial services and practice.
Robin graduated from Dublin City University with a BA in Accounting and Finance and is an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland.
|Chief Operating Officer|
Andy Hudson joined Digicel Group in 2015 and his duties to date entailed driving transformations and the integration of networks and organisations.
Andy was previously Managing Director of a Telecom company in the UK since September 2010 prior to joining Digicel.
He was responsible for all telecom services for both infrastructure and the commercialization of the network developing a single, unified telecoms organization focusing on among other things, on improving the service availability and customer satisfaction.
Andy has over 25 years of experience within the international telecoms arena optimizing in mobile, fixed and subsea operations.

Barry Murphy joined Digicel Bermuda in October 2012 as Finance Manager.
In November 2013 he became Financial Controller of Digicel’s first cable operator which was Caribbean Cable Communications looking after Cable, Internet and fixed line operations in Anguilla, Nevis and Montserrat as well as mobile operations in Digicel Anguilla.
Barry brings over 14 years of experience across a broad range of industries; aircraft leasing, software, distribution, construction and financial services.
Barry graduated from Institute of Tech Tralee with a BA in Accounting and Finance and is a fellowship member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Julian Burton joined Digicel in December 2014 as Commercial Director, leading the sales and marketing teams.
Julian brought 14 years of telecom and retail experience, most recently running a telco consultancy with clients ranging from start-ups to international carriers such as Telefonica and other blue chip companies including Lloyds Banking Group.
Previously Julian was Managing Director of the leading mobile franchise retailer in the UK (Go Mobile) and, as Head of Category, launched and led postpaid mobile and broadband for Tesco Stores Ltd. Julian has also worked with The Carphone Warehouse, Vodafone UK and with Motorola.
Julian read Law & Politics at the University of Southampton, is certified with the Chartered Management Institute and a Retail Council member with Gerson Lehrman Group.
|Vice President - Premises|
Ken was promoted to Assistant Vice President with oversight and responsibility for Premises, Physical Plant, Materials Management, Transport and Corporate security in February 2004.
Ken brings over twenty years of experience across a broad range of industries; Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Health and Safety and Technical services and practice.
He has managed major projects in Bermuda, the UK and Caribbean.
Ken is an Engineering graduate in the UK.
He holds multiple corporate memberships and fellowships to UK and US Institutions, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Society of Facilities Executives and the Royal Society of Health, and is a regular contributor.
|Vice President - Networks & Planning|
Chris has been with BTC for over thirty years, starting out as a draftsman/junior engineer.
Over the years he has moved through the ranks and has held senior management positions in Outside Plant, Service Delivery, Call Center and at present Networks.
During that time Chris has been no stranger to change, working in four different departments, serving six different CEOs, four Billing and Operational Systems.

Nyon Steede started his career in Human Resources after spending 10 years as a high school teacher.
Nyon has over 11 years of Human Resources experience that stated when he was seconded to the Ministry of Education as the Human Resources Officer in April 2004.
One year later he was promoted to Human Resources Manager.
After 3 and a-half years with the Ministry of Education, Nyon joined KeyTech Limited in 2007 as the Employee Relations Manager for their group of companies.
In 2009 he was promoted to the Assistant Vice President position of Senior Manager of Organizational Development.
When the Bermuda Telephone Company separated from KeyTech in 2014, Nyon assumed the responsibility of running the Human Resources Department and in 2015 was promoted to Head of Human resources.
Nyon holds a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical and Health Education from Alabama A&M University.
